<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated February 23, 2015 executed by JK INVESTMENTS LLC.; A
<br />Nebraska Limited Liability Company, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in Register of Deeds Office of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, recorded and entered as Instrument No. 201501107 on the 25th day of
<br />February, 2015.
<br />and IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of the debt named therein, the FIVE POINTS
<br />BANK, Grand Island, Nebraska, a Nebraska Corporation, hereby releases the Assignment of
<br />Rents as Additional Security dated February 23, 2015 made to FIVE POINTS BANK, Lender by
<br />JK INVESTMENTS LLC.; A Nebraska Limited Liability Company, as Grantor, which was recorded
<br />and entered as Instrument No. 201501108 on the 25th day of February, 2015, on the following
<br />described real estate, to -wit:
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />A Trust above mentioned as follows:
