201904959 <br />TITLE CERTIFICATE <br />File No. X8444HL <br />Tax Sale Cert No. 20160121 <br />ADAMS LAND TITLE COMPANY, presents this Title Certificate -Report of Title, hereafter "Certificate", relative only to the <br />following described real estate in the county referenced, hereafter "property": <br />The Southerly Twenty -Two (22) Feet of the Northerly Sixty -Six (66) Feet of Lot Four (4), in Block Forty (40), in the <br />Original Town, no City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof. <br />1. This Certificate is a contract between the undersigned as an abstracter and Adair Asset Management LLC. <br />The consideration for this contract is the information set forth below and furnished by the abstracter together with the fee charged by the undersigned for this <br />service to be performed by the abstracter.
