<br />executed by Curt J Clausen and Theresa M Clausen, Husband and Wife, as Trustors, in
<br />which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska entered as Instrument
<br />No 201803465, on the 1st of June 2018, and Instrument No 201903937, on the 8th of July

<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
