<br />Said Deed of Trust was assigned by the original Beneficiary, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC
<br />REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., as nominee for U.S. BANK N.A., its successors and assigns to
<br />U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION by virtue of an Assignment filed for record on March 3, 2014
<br />as Instrument No. 201401188 in the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as follows:
<br />LOT TWENTY-TWO (22), IN BLOCK ONE (1), IN MEVES FIRST ADDITION TO
<br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment of the
<br />installment payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustors are hereby liable to the Trustee,
<br />MR. THOMAS LOCHER, for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to
<br />Nebraska statute §76-1012.
<br />By virtue of said default, Trustee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to
<br />satisfy the obligation referred to above.
<br />The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and
<br />Deed of Trust may bet by reinstated as provided in §76-1012.
