The <br />final maturity of said Note as modified is May 1, 2049. <br />The property securing said Deed of Trust is described as follows: <br />Described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br />Except as hereinabove set forth, all other terms and conditions of said instrument shall remain in full force <br />and effect. <br />Page 1 <br />
