F I 90.105919 ORDINANCE NO. 7684 An ordinance to vacate a portion of Greenwich Avenue lying north of the North line of the Union Pacific Railroad right -of -way in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; to provide for the reversion of title to adjacent property owners; to provide for recording of this ordinance in the office of the Hall County Register of deeds; and to provide the effective date of this ordinance. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND C OUNCIL OF THE a Y OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA-. SECTION 1. The following described tract of land located in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, be, and hereby is, vacated: That part of Greenwich Avenue lying between Lot 1, Block 7, Arnold and Abbott's Addition, and Lot 4, Block 8, Arnold and Abbott's Addition, all in the City of Grand Island, Nall County, Nebraska, lying north of the north line of the Union Pacific Railroad right -of -way; provided and conditioned, that the City of Grand Island hereby reserves a 16 foot wide perpetual public ; +� utility easement, in, over, underneath, and through the vacated :. area, and all rights necessary and appurtenant thereto, as shown on the plat marked Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. SECTION Z The title to the street right -of -way vacated by Section 1 of this ordinance shall revert to the owner or owners of the real estate abutting the same in proportion to the respective ownership of such real estate. SECTION 3. This ordinance is hereby directed to be recorded in the office of the Register of deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. SECTION 4.
