Swanson, a member of the Nebraska State Bar <br />Association, 3906 Raynor Parkway, Suite 105, Bellevue, Sarpy <br />County, Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee under <br />the Trust Deed hereinafter described, for valuable consideration, <br />hereby grants and conveys to ROEBUCK ENTERPRISES, LLC, 3610 W.
