(successor by merger to The Chase Manhattan Bank (National Association)))), a New York corporation, organized and existing under the laws of the State of New York, with a post office address of 240 Greenwich Street, New York, New York 10286 (the "Trustee"), as Trustee under that certain General Mortgage Indenture and Deed of Trust, by and between NorthWestern Corporation (formerly known as NorthWestern Public Service Company) ("the "Company"), and the Trustee, dated as of August 1, 1993, as recorded in the Register of Deeds in Document No. 93-106874, as supplemented and amended in Document Nos. 93-107154, 95-105272, 95-106241, 95-106242, 95-106243, 200302132, 200410978, 200804897, 201009342, 201407773, 201407774, 201500400, 201507904, 201606412, and 201607645 (the "Indenture"), and pursuant to Section 8.04 of the Indenture, hereby quitclaims, conveys, assigns and transfers to the Company, without recourse, and releases and discharges from the lien of the Indenture, the following property: (a) the real property situated in the county of Hall in the State of Nebraska, legally described as follows: The Easterly Fifty -Seven (E57') feet of the Northerly Sixty -Six (N66') feet of Lot Three (3), and the Southerly Sixty -Six (S66') feet of Lot Three (3), and the Southerly Sixty -Six (66') feet of Lot Four (4), all In Block Sixty -Two (62), In the Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; together with (b) all personal property located thereon. This instrument is executed and delivered upon the express condition that nothing herein contained shall be construed to release from the lien of the Indenture, or impair the lien of the Indenture, upon any property subject thereto except the property hereinabove specifically described. Without limiting the foregoing, the Trustee hereby authorizes the Company to file such UCC -3 Financing Statement Amendments in such jurisdictions as may be reasonably necessary to provide notice to third parties that the property hereinabove specifically described has been released from the Lien of the Indenture.
