Swanson, a member of the Nebraska State Bar <br />Association, 3906 Raynor Parkway, Suite 105, Bellevue, Sarpy <br />County, Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee under <br />the Trust Deed hereinafter described, for valuable consideration, <br />hereby grants and conveys to SECRETARY OF VETERANS AFFAIRS, AN <br />OFFICER OF THE UNITED STATES, c/o Department of Veterans Affairs, <br />Loan Guaranty Service, 3401 West End Avenue, Suite 760W, Nashville, <br />TN 37203, Grantee, all of the following described real estate <br />which is free from encumbrance except restrictions, covenants and <br />easements of record; that Trustor has good right and lawful <br />authority to convey the same; and that Trustor warrants and will <br />defend the title to said premises against the lawful claims of all <br />persons whomsoever: <br />Lot Three (3), Block Seventy -Eight (78) in Wheeler and <br />Bennett's Third Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />This deed is being given to include warranty terms omitted on <br />the Trustee's Deed recorded on May 6, 2019 at Instrument No. <br />201902562. <br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on <br />Grantor by a Trust Deed dated April 14, 2017, and recorded on April <br />19, 2017, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska at Instrument #201702502 wherein Richard D. Janus, a <br />single person is named Trustor; and Mortgage Electronic <br />Registration Systems, Inc. ("MERS") solely as nominee for Central <br />National Bank is named Beneficiary; and Central National Bank is <br />named Trustee, wherein Trustor granted and conveyed to the Trustee, <br />on the trust therein expressed, the property above described to <br />secure, among other obligations, payment of a promissory note of <br />even date in the principal amount of $33,000.00 and interest <br />thereon according to the terms thereof.
