<br />Company and William P. Ziller and Julie Ziller, husband and wife, herein called the grantor whether
<br />one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration received from grantee, do
<br />hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto The Orchard, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability

<br />The above description being Part of Lots One (1) and Two (2), Block One (1) and Part of Lots One
<br />(1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine (9), Ten (10), Eleven (11)
