<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the Deed
<br />of Trust dated April 26, 2017, and Assignment of Rents dated April 26, 2017, executed by LANE HOME
<br />IMPROVEMENTS & CONSTRUCTION LLC; as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary,
<br />and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument NO. 201702716 on the 27th of April, 2017, and as Instrument NO. 201702717 on the
<br />27th of April, 2017, 2017, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, as
<br />Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as
<br />follows:
<br />LOT FIVE (5), IN BLOCK TWENTY THREE (23), IN PACKER AND BARR'S SECOND ADDITION
<br />TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
