tii <br />L <br />t <br />F <br />j�,F,sUI.UTIQN 90- -105$86 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Wood River, <br />Nebraska, held a public hearing on the 2nd day of October, 1990, <br />at 7:45 o'clock P.M. in the City Council Chambers upon an <br />Application for Waiver of Subdivision Requirements regarding the <br />following- described real property: <br />The West Twenty Four Feet (W 24') of Lot Three <br />(3), All of Lot Four (4), and the East Ten Feet (E 109) <br />of Lot Five (5) in Block "8" First Addition to Wood <br />River, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />WHEREAS, the public hearing was advertised as required by <br />law and no one appeared and objected to the issuance of a waiver <br />of subdivision requirements for the conveyance of the above <br />described property as one parcel, and <br />WHEREAS, after close of the public hearing and considering <br />the matter presented to the City Council of the City of Wood <br />River. Nebraska, and upon consideration of the Zoning Ordinances <br />of the City of Wood River, Nebraska, specifically Section 1606 <br />thereof, which provides as follows: <br />"If two or more lots, or combination of lots and <br />portions of lots with continuous frontage in single <br />ownership are of record at the time of passage or <br />amendment of this ordinance, and if all or part of the <br />lots do not meet the requirements established for lot <br />width and area, the lands involved shall be considered <br />to be an undivided parcel for the purpose of this <br />ordinance, and no portion of said parcel shall be iised <br />or sold in a manner which diminishes compliance with <br />lot width and area requirements established by this <br />ordinance, nor shall any division of the parcel be made <br />which creates a lot with width or area below the <br />requirements stated in this ordinance." <br />BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />WOOD RIVER, NEBRASKA, A;S FOLLOWS: <br />1. That the Application car Waiver of Formal Subdivision <br />Requirements in order to convey the above - described property <br />should be and hereby is granted and approved as authorized by <br />Section 76 -2110 R. R. S._Neb.
