JOINT TENANCY WARRANTY DEED
<br />Jacob J. Whitefoot and Malinda R. Whitefoot, a married couple, herein called the
<br />GRANTOR, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable
<br />consideration received from GRANTEE, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto
<br />Timothy E. Wetzel and Sadie S. Wetzel, a married couple, as joint tenants and not as tenants
<br />in common, herein called the GRANTEE, whether one or more, the following described real estate
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201):
<br />The North half of the North half of Block 2, Fourth Addition to the Village of
<br />Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />And the GRANTOR does hereby covenant (jointly and severally, if more than one) with the
<br />GRANTEE that GRANTOR is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from
<br />encumbrance except covenants, easements and restrictions of record; that GRANTOR has legal
<br />power and lawful authority to convey the same; and that GRANTOR warrants and will defend the
<br />title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
