<br />LICENSE AGREEMENT
<br />This License Agreement is made by and between the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal Corporation, herein referred to as the "Licensor" and QWEST CORPORATION d/b/a
<br />CENTURYLINK QC, hereinafter referred to as the "Licensee".
<br />I. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License Agreement is to set forth the terns
<br />and conditions under which the Licensee may construct, maintain, repair, and utilize the following
<br />described improvement which will infringe upon a public easement:
<br />To access the City's public right-of-way for installation of Qwest Corporation dba CenturyLink
<br />QC fiber cable to serve 3337 West State Street, per the attached exhibit "A", dated 2019/6/28.
<br />2. DESCRIPTION OF LICENSEE'S REAL ESTATE. The Licensee has requested such cable be
<br />installed to service the described real estate subject to the Licensor's public easement to which this
<br />License Agreement shall apply:
<br />A TRACT OF LAND COMPRISING A PART OF LOT ONE (1); CONESTOGA NORTH TWELFTH
<br />SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, MORE PARTICULARLY
<br />DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
<br />BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT ONE (1); THENCE WESTERLY,
<br />ALONG AND UPON THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT ONE (1), A DISTANCE OF THREE
<br />HUNDRED EIGHTY-ONE AND FIFTY-EIGHT HUNDREDTHS (381.58) FEET TO A POINT ON THE
<br />PROLONGATION OF THEWEST LINE OF LOT SEVEN (7), CONESTOGA NORTH SUBDIVISION;
<br />THENCE NORTHERLY, ALONG AN UPON SAID PROLONGATION, A DISTANCE OF ONE
<br />HUNDRED FORTY-EIGHT (148.0) FEET; THENCE EASTERLY PARALLEL WITH THE SOUTH
<br />LINE OF SAID LOT ONE (1), A DISTANCE OF SIXTY-FOUR AND SEVENTY-FOUR
<br />HUDNREDTHS (64.74) FEET; THENCE SOUTHERLY, PRALLEL WITH THE WEST LINE OF SAID
<br />LOT SEVEN (7), CONESTOGA NORTH SUBDIVISION, A DISTANCE OF TWENTY (20.0) FEET;
<br />THENCE EASTERLY, PARALLEL WITH THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT ONE (1); A DISTANCE
<br />OF THREE HUNDRED SEVENTEEN (317.0) FEET TO A POINT ON THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT
<br />ONE (1); THENCE SOUTHERLY, ALONG AND UPON THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT ONE (1), A
<br />DISTANCE OF ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-EIGHT (128.0) FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
