1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />20190397, <br />ORDINANCE NO. 9740 (Cont.) <br />Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SE '/4, NW '/4) of Section Seventeen (17), Township <br />Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and as currently <br />shown as an existing Electrical Easement on the plat of Saint Francis Medical Park Third <br />Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, be and hereby is vacated and <br />returned to the current owner of record. <br />SECTION 2. This Ordinance is hereby directed to be recorded in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby <br />repealed. <br />SECTION 4.
