That existing public utility easement located in Westgate Industrial Park <br />2nd Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />A twenty (20) foot utility easement in Lot One (1) and Lot Two (2), Westgate <br />Industrial Park 2nd Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: <br />Being on the north ten (10) feet of the west two hundred ninety (290) feet of Lot One <br />(1), Westgate Second Subdivision and the south ten (10) feet of the west two <br />hundred ninety (290) feet of Lot Two (2), said Westgate Second Subdivision. Said <br />easement contains a calculated area of 5796.24 square feet or 0.133 acres more or <br />less. <br />is hereby vacated.
