Mary Anne Bramble ("Mary Anne"), spouse of Dallas, and Shawn Denise Bramble <br />("Shawn"), spouse of Thomas, join in this Agreement because of their marital rights, and agree <br />to be bound by its terms, notwithstanding the fact that they are not record owners of the real <br />estate which is the subject of this Agreement. <br />WHEREAS, Dallas and Thomas are the owners of the following described real estate: <br />Lot Four (4) on Mainland, in Section Four (4), Township Nine (9) North, Range Ten (10) <br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPT the west 760.28 feet thereof, <br />being described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Southwest Corner of Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of said Section 4; <br />thence N 89° 58' 12" E (assumed bearing) along the south line of said Lot Four (4) <br />760.28 feet to the TRUE PLACE OF BEGINNING; thence N 00° 00' 00" E parallel with <br />the west line said Lot Four (4) 1559.97 feet to the present right (south) bank of the Platte <br />River: thence N 61° 05' 44" E along said right bank 42.99 feet; thence N 51° 09' 39" E <br />along said right bank 678.55 feet to the east line of said Lot four (4); thence S 00° 06' <br />49" W along said east line 2006.01 feet to the south line said Lot Four (4); thence S 89° <br />58' 12" W along said south line 562.18 feet to the place of beginning, containing 23.025 <br />acres, plus any accretion land, <br />which shall be referred to hereinafter as the "Real Estate". <br />1 <br />ENTERED AS INSTRUMENT NO <br />
