•• 1 1 •• Warranty Deed This Indenture, Made this 2nd day of April, in the year of our Lord, 2019 between Cameron Cemetery Association, (a Cemetery Association), of Hall County, Nebraska, a corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Nebraska, party of the first part, and Gary and Janie Trump of Hall County, NE party of the second part: Witnesseth, that the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of 800 and no/100 DOLLARS, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has sold and by these present does grant, convey and confirm unto the said parties of the second part, the following described premises, to -wit: The S 2 spaces of Lot 18 in the Third Addition of Cameron Cemetery in Hall County, Nebraska, together with all appurtenances thereunto belonging: Subject, however, to all Articles, By -Laws, Rules and regulations of said Cemetery Association, as they now exist or may hereafter be changed, modified or enlarged, and the said grantor Cemetery Association for itself or its successors, does hereby covenant to and with the said parties of the second part and their heirs and assigns, that at the time of the execution and delivery of these present it is lawfully seized of said premises; that it has good right and lawful authority to convey the same; that they are free from encumbrance and does hereby covenant to warrant and defend the said premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. In witness whereof, the said grantor Cemetery Association has hereunto caused its corporate seal to be affixed and these presents to be signed by its President and Treasure the day and year first above written.
