201903849 <br />ADDENDUM TO AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS, <br />RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS FOR SUMMERFIELD ESTATES FIRST <br />SUBDIVISION HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, SUMMERFIELD ESTATES FIFTH AND <br />SIXTH SUBDIVISIONS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION AND SUMMERFIELD <br />ESTATES TENTH SUBDIVISION HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION <br />The undersigned are the owners of the following -described real property located in Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lots Two (2), Three (3) and Four (4). Summerfield Estates Tenth Subdivision, in the City <br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The undersigned hereby stipulate and agree that the foregoing real property shall be <br />subject to the foregoing AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIVE <br />COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS FOR SUMMERFIELD ESTATES <br />FIRST SUBDIVISION HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, SUMMERFIELD ESTATES <br />FIFTH AND SIXTH SUBDIVISIONS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION AND <br />SUMMERFIELD ESTATES TENTH SUBDIVISION HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION. The <br />undersigned join in the foregoing Amendment and agree that the Amendment and all addendums <br />thereto of additional Owners, including this addendum, collectively shall constitute the <br />Amendment. The Amendment shall be binding upon the heirs, devisees, personal <br />representatives, successors, assigns and grantees of the undersigned.
