The undersigned hereby stipulate and agree that the foregoing real property shall be subject to the foregoing AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS FOR SUMMERFIELD ESTATES FIRST SUBDIVISION HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, SUMMERFIELD ESTATES FIFTH AND SIXTH SUBDIVISIONS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION AND SUMMERFIELD ESTATES TENTH SUBDIVISION HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION. The undersigned join in the foregoing Amendment and agree that the Amendment and all addendums thereto of additional Owners, including this addendum, collectively shall constitute the Amendment. The Amendment shall be binding upon the heirs, devisees, personal representatives, successors, assigns and grantees of the undersigned. Any purchaser or purchasers of the foregoing real property and their heirs, devisees, personal representatives, successors, assigns or grantees agree to the Amendment by acceptance of any conveyance of the foregoing real property.
