<br />or their heirs, devisees, personal representatives, successors, assigns or grantees, shall violate any 
<br />of the restrictive covenants, restrictions and conditions herein set forth, it shall be lawful for any 
<br />other person or persons owning any real estate in: 
<br />a. Lots One (1) through Six (6), Block Three (3) and Lots One (1) through Eight (8), 
<br />Block Four (4), all in Summerfield Estates First Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall 
<br />County, Nebraska; 
<br />b. Lots One (1) through Six (6), Block One (1), all in Summerfield Estates Fifth 
<br />Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and Lots One (1) through Three 
<br />(3), all in Summerfield Estates Sixth Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, 
<br />Nebraska; 
<br />c. Lots One (1) through Four (4), all in Summerfield Estates Tenth Subdivision in 
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska (a replat of Lots Five (5) through Eight (8), 
<br />Block Two (2), all in Summerfield Estates Fifth Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall 
<br />County, Nebraska, and Lot Four (4), in Summerfield Estates Sixth Subdivision in the City of 
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska); and 
<br />d. Lots Five (5) through Seventeen (17), all in Summerfield Estates Tenth 
<br />Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, 
<br />to prosecute such proceedings at law or in equity against the person or persons violating or 
<br />attempting to violate any such restrictive covenants, restrictions or conditions and to prevent him 
<br />from so doing or to recover damages for such violations. 
<br />11. If any of the restrictive covenants, restrictions or conditions herein set forth are 
<br />violated and declared void by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining restrictive cove- 
<br />nants, restrictions and conditions shall not be affected, but shall stay and remain in full force and 
<br />effect. 
<br />12. This agreement and the faithful performance of the terms thereof shall be binding 
<br />upon the successors, assigns and grantees of the Owners, and upon the purchaser or purchasers 
<br />of: 
<br />a. Lots One (1) through Six (6), Block Three (3) and Lots One (1) through Eight (8), 
<br />Block Four (4), all in Summerfield Estates First Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall 
<br />County, Nebraska; 
<br />b. Lots One (1) through Six (6), Block One (1), all in Summerfield Estates Fifth 
<br />Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and Lots One (1) through Three 
<br />(3), all in Summerfield Estates Sixth Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, 
<br />Nebraska; 
<br />c. Lots One (1) through Four (4), all in Summerfield Estates Tenth Subdivision in 
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska (a replat of Lots Five (5) through Eight (8), 
<br />Block Two (2), all in Summerfield Estates Fifth Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall 
<br />County, Nebraska, and Lot Four (4), in Summerfield Estates Sixth Subdivision in the City of 
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska); and
