Stirn f/k/a Robin L. Gannon and <br />Ryan S. Stirn, wife and husband, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and <br />other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, <br />convey and confirm unto Nicholas J. Eckert and Emmalee B.
