GREGORY L. GALLES was appointed Successor Trustee by virtue of a Substitution of <br />Trustee filed in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as follows: <br />LOT SEVEN (7), BLOCK FOUR (4), GEORGE LOAN'S SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY <br />OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment of the <br />installment payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustors are hereby liable to the Successor <br />Trustee, GREGORY L.
