<br />GRANTEE, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Yulexy Trimino Steyner and
<br />Yusnaika Cruz Quintana, a married couple, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common,
<br />herein called the GRANTEE, whether one or more, the following described real estate in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201):
<br />Lot 2, Block 89, Wheeler and Bennetts Fourth Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />And the GRANTOR does hereby covenant (jointly and severally, if more than one) with the
<br />GRANTEE that GRANTOR is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from
<br />encumbrance except covenants, easements and restrictions of record; that GRANTOR has legal
<br />power and lawful authority to convey the same; and that GRANTOR warrants and will defend the
<br />title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
