More particularly described as <br />follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of said NW'/4, NW' ; thence S <br />w 89°37'17" E on and upon the north line of said NW'/4, NW' a distance of 42.00 feet <br />to the Point of Beginning; thence continuing S 89°37'17" E on and upon the north <br />line of said NW'/4, NW'/4 a distance of 643.00 feet to a point; thence S 00°03'00" W <br />0 a distance of 670.00 feet to a point; thence N 89°10'41" W a distance of 50.00 feet <br />to a point; thence S 00°01'55" E a distance of 12.00 feet to a point; thence N <br />89°24'51" W a distance of 600.00 feet to a point on easterly right-of-way line of Old <br />U.S. Highway #281; thence N 00°38'14" E on and upon said right-of-way line a <br />distance of 679.44 feet to the Point of Beginning.
