(on page 2 ) who constitute seventy five ( 75% ) or more of <br />the voting members of Francis Villa Courtyard Homeowners Association pursuant <br />to the Restrictive Covenants and Conditions filed May 1, 1998 as document No. <br />98-104090 and where Article 1. Paragraph 4 defines "Association" to mean Francis <br />Villa Courtyard Homeowners Association. <br />WHERAS the intent here is to revise Article 2, paragraph 4 "Alteration of Premises" <br />to formalize a discussion held at last years annual meeting dated June 19, 2018. <br />THEREFORE : the existing Article 2, paragraph 4 shall be deleted in its entirety and <br />a New Article 2, paragraph 4 substituted in its place to read as follows : <br />ARTICLE II <br />COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS <br />Paragraph 1 (No change) <br />Paragraph 2 (No change) <br />Paragraph 3 (No change) <br />Paragraph 4 <br />a. No sod, earth, sand, gravel or trees shall be removed that would injure the <br />appearance or the value of any lot. <br />b. A sketch or drawing of a change will be required and should be submitted <br />to the Homeowners Association ( HOA ) or the HOA architectural committee <br />for approval. <br />c.
