Kreis, of 16312 Wakeley Circle, Omaha, Nebraska, 68118, do hereby make, constitute and appoint my mother-in-law, Ruby Arlene Hansen, also known as R. Arlene Hansen, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, my true and lawful attorney for me and in my name, for the following limited purposes: 1. My mother-in-law, Ruby Arlene Hansen, also known as R. Arlene Hansen, is hereby authorized to act as my Limited Power of Attorney for purposes of sale of the following -described real estate: Lot Forty (40) and Lot Thirty-nine (39), except a tract of land more particularly described in Joint Tenancy Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 97-102546, in Ravenwood Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska and commonly known as 630 Ravenwood Drive, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and my mother-in-law, Ruby Arlene Hansen also known as R. Arlene Hansen is hereby authorized to list said real estate for sale, enter into a Purchase Agreement for sale of said estate, execute and deliver a deed concerning said real estate, and execute any and all other documents to effectuate the sale of said real estate and close the sale of said real estate. This Limited Power of Attorney shall be effective upon my signature, and shall remain in full force and effect until the sale of said real estate is completed, at which time this Limited Power of Attorney shall be of no further force and effect.
