201903677 <br />LIMITED POWER OF ATTORNEY <br />KNOW ALL MEN by these presents, that I, Karen L. Kreis, a married person and spouse <br />of Michael D. Kreis, of Doniphan, Nebraska, do hereby make, constitute and appoint my mother- <br />in-law, Ruby Arlene Hansen, also known as R. Arlene Hansen, of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, my true and lawful attorney for me and in my name, for the following limited <br />purposes: <br />1. My mother-in-law, Ruby Arlene Hansen, also known as R. Arlene Hansen, is <br />hereby authorized to act as my Limited Power of Attorney for purposes of sale of <br />the following -described real estate: <br />Lot Forty (40) and Lot Thirty-nine (39), except a tract of land more <br />particularly described in Joint Tenancy Warranty Deed recorded as <br />Document No. 97-102546, in Ravenwood Subdivision, Hall County, <br />Nebraska <br />and commonly known as 630 Ravenwood Drive, Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska and my mother-in-law, Ruby Arlene Hansen also known as R. Arlene <br />Hansen is hereby authorized to list said real estate for sale, enter into a Purchase <br />Agreement for sale of said estate, execute and deliver a deed concerning said real <br />estate, and execute any and all other documents to effectuate the sale of said real <br />estate and close the sale of said real estate. <br />This Limited Power of Attorney shall be effective upon my signature, and shall remain in <br />full force and effect until the sale of said real estate is completed, at which time this Limited <br />Power of Attorney shall be of no further force and effect. <br />WITNESS my hand this j b'day of November, 2Ol 6. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />)ss: <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />On this )1 day of November, 2016, Karen L.
