Box 505 <br />Cairo, NE 68824 <br />AGREEMENT FOR SHARED DRIVEWAY <br />THIS AGREEMENT made this c day of June, 2019, by and between Robin R. Irvine <br />of Ravenna, Buffalo County, Nebraska and Daniel E. Reimers and Kathryn D. Reimers, of <br />Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Robin R. Irvine is the owner of a residence in the Village of Cairo, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, legally described on the attached Exhibit "A", hereinafter referred to as Lot "A". <br />Daniel E. Reimers and Kathryn D. Reimers are the owners of a residence in the Village <br />of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska, legally described on the attached Exhibit "B", hereinafter <br />referred to as Lot "B". <br />The above parcels are adjoining and share a common boundary line. The parties <br />share a common driveway leading up to their residences which driveway is located part on the <br />west side of Lot A and part on the east side of Lot B. Said driveway is approximately 45.0 feet <br />wide and 150.0 feet long. Based upon the foregoing and consideration of mutual covenants <br />and promises herein the parties agree as follows: <br />4" 1. The parties hereby grant to each other the right to use that portion of the shared <br />N <br />nl driveway which exists on the other party's real estate. <br />:15.. 2. The parties shall share equally the costs of maintaining the driveway. If it <br />rra <br />rn becomes necessary to repair or replace the driveway, each party shall share equally in the cost <br />of repairing or replacing the same, provided however that the parties shall first agree in writing <br />as to the nature of the work, the cost thereof and who will actually do the work. <br />3. Each party agrees to keep that portion of the driveway being on their side of the <br />boundary line free from any and all obstructions. <br />4. The benefits and obligations of the covenants herein shall run with the land <br />herein described and shall bind the respective parties hereto, their heirs, personal <br />representatives and assigns. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties have executed this agreement on this __ day of <br />June, 2019. <br />ctru-J 1 <br />Daniel E.
