Michaelis, a single person, herein called the GRANTOR, whether one or more, <br />in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration received from <br />GRANTEE, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Sandra J. Salazar Alfaro de <br />Yanes and Adiel Yanes Barrera, a married couple, as joint tenants and not as tenants in <br />common, herein called the GRANTEE, whether one or more, the following described real estate in <br />Hall County, Nebraska (as defined in Neb. Rev.
