<br />That I, Alvin E. Mcycr, a resident of Grand Island, hall County, Ncbraska, do by these presents, make,
<br />constitute and appoint my daughters, Jaync Reimers, currently of Ravenna, Ncbraska and Galc Donelson.
<br />currently of Stromsburg, Nebraska, AND ETTFII'R OP TI TEM, as my Attorneys -in -Pact, to do for me and on
<br />my hchalf, any oftlic following:
<br />To withdraw by check or otherwise from any checking account, savings account,
<br />and/or savings certificate account, which l may havc.
<br />2. To cndnrse checks for deposit to my checking account or savings account. and to
<br />receive any property or credits owned by me, including any monies payable to
<br />me by any governmental agency. My Attorneys -in -Fact, or either of them, shall
<br />have full authority to redeem, have re -registered, or have reissued any bond,
<br />note, bill, warrant, certificate or othcr evidence of indebtedness owncd by mc
<br />(including any such items owned by me as a co-owner or joint tenant) and issued
<br />by thc United Statcs, any other country, any state, municipality, or other
<br />governmental subdivision or governmental agency.
<br />3. 'i'o sell or lease any assets owned by Inc, whether real cstatc or personal property
<br />and including homestead property and stocks and bonds, at such prices, on such
<br />terms, for such length of term, and in such manner, whether at private or public
<br />salc or negotiation, as my Attorneys -in -Fact dccm advisable. They may convey
<br />any property so sold by them by instruments of conveyance with customary
<br />warranties. They may cntcr any safety deposit box I lease and may remove any
<br />items therefrom. Thcy arc empowered to make gifts for nic.
<br />4. To enter into agreements pertaining to any prnpcny or any intcrcst in property
<br />owncd by me and on such terms as my Attorneys -in -Fact deem advisable. This
<br />shall include contracts for goods, rcpair improvements, replacements, and
<br />personal services for the maintenance of my property; and to borrow funds and
<br />mortgage property therefor.
<br />In gcncral, to ciuzi into a,ay buSincS; transact .inns pertaini:;g to nij property and
<br />for my maintenance as fully as I could do it myself. Thcy arc empowered to sign
<br />my income tax returns and related documents.
<br />6. 'l o entcr into any contracts or agreements for any medical, domiciliary, or othcr
<br />care needed by me as determined to he in my best interests by cithcr of my
<br />Attorneys -in -Pact, and pay all fees and charges necessary for my maintenance
<br />and care; to authorize any medical procedures for me.
<br />7. To exercise plenary power as defined in the Nchraska Short Form Act.
<br />1 ratify and confirm all acts done by my Attorneys -in -Fact, or cithcr of them, under this Powcr of
<br />Attorney. Eithcr of my Auorncys-in-Fact is specifically empowered to act under this Power of Attorney
<br />i ndcpendcntly of the othcr, and any decision or action by cithcr of them need not be joined in and consented to
<br />by the other. 1 reserve thc right to revoke this Powcr of Attorney by the filing of such revocation in
<br />Miscellaneous Rccords in thc Office of the Rcgistcr of Dccds of Hall County, Ncbraska. This Powcr of
<br />Attorney shall remain in full force and effect even though T may hereafter become mcntally or physically
<br />incompetent.
