<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust executed by Michael R Flodman and Debra
<br />L Flodman, Husband and Wife to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED NEBRASKA
<br />BANK , the Beneficiary named therein dated October 29, 1999 and November 15, 1999, and recorded November 1, 1999
<br />and November 24, 1999 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, in Documents #99110565 and
<br />#99111276 of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
