METTENBRINK hereby <br />acknowledges that he did not timely exercise the option to purchase the following described real <br />estate granted to him pursuant to Paragraph 18. of that certain Agreement for Sale and Purchase <br />of Real Estate dated January 6, 1995 between Gary R. Mettenbrink and Roxanne Mettenbrink as <br />Buyers and Robert G. Wenzl and Reburta R. Wenzl as Sellers and further acknowledges that said <br />option is now void and of no further force or effect whatsoever: <br />Lot One (1) Wenzl Second Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />In addition, GARY R. METTENBRINK also hereby releases the right of first refusal <br />granted to him pursuant to Paragraph 20. of that certain Agreement for Sale and Purchase of Real <br />Estate dated January 6, 1995 between said Gary R. Mettenbrink and Roxanne Mettenbrink as <br />Buyers and Robert G. Wenzl and Reburta R. Wenzl as Sellers in connection with the following <br />described real estate, to -wit: <br />The Southwest Quarter (SW'/4) of Section Twenty -Nine (29), Township Twelve <br />(12) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska <br />(excepting therefrom Lot One (1) Wenzl Subdivision and Lot One (1) Wenzl <br />Second Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska,) and Lot Two (2) in Section Thirty <br />(30), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />N <br />CD <br />CD <br />W <br />Ul <br />S <br />11.04 <br />ei <br />(J/ <br />
