<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deed of Trust dated May 16, 2016, and Modification of Deed of Trust dated July 25, 2017,
<br />executed by DARRELL A ERDMANN and KIMBERLY K ERDMANN; Husband and Wife; as
<br />Trustors, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary, and as
<br />Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Instrument NO. 201603136, on the 20th day of May,
<br />2016, and Modification of Deed of Trust recorded as Instrument NO. 201705081, on the 31st day of
<br />July, 2019, in the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:
<br />al Lot Thirty Five (35) in Western Heights Third Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />- said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid;
<br />rn NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does herebyreconvey, without warranty, to the person or
