Mundorf and Karen Mundorf, husband and wife and Bradley J. Mundorf and Sally T. Mundorf, husband and wife and Gregory J. Mundorf, a single person and Lisa E. Olson, a single person, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Kyle Thomas Janky and John G.
