<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated July 15, 2016 and executed by Scott Bruce Lukens and Natalie
<br />Lynn Lukens, Husband and Wife, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska entered as Instrument No 201604458, on the 15th of July,
<br />2016, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Nine (9), Block One (1), Summerfield Estates Seventh Subdivision, in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />p, said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deeds of Trust have been fully
