<br />Notice is hereby given that GLEN F. SHORE and ARLA DELL SHORE,
<br />Husband and Wife, Trustors, under a Deed of Trust filed as Document � CD
<br />No. 97- 101566 in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, S�
<br />have breached the terms and conditions of the underlying
<br />obligations for which the following trust property was conveyed as
<br />security, to -wit:
<br />Lots One (1) , Two (2) , Three (3) , Four (4) , Five (5) , and
<br />East Half (El /2) of Lot Seven (7), and all of Lots Eight
<br />(8) , Nine (9) , and Ten (10) , all in Block Eleven (11) , in
<br />Baker's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and that portion of vacated alley in
<br />Block Eleven (11) , in Baker's Addition, abutting said
<br />above - described lots.
<br />The Beneficiary under the Deed of Trust, VADARON INVESTMENTS,
<br />INC., of Grand Island, Nebraska, has directed the undersigned as
<br />attorneys for said Trustee in said Deed of Trust, to give Notice of
<br />Default of the Promissory Note secured by said Deed of Trust
<br />because of Trustors' failure to pay when due the sums under said
<br />Promissory Note and the failure of the Trustors to pay when due all
<br />general real estate taxes levied and assessed against the above
<br />described property as required in the Deed of Trust. As a result
<br />of the default, the Beneficiary has directed the Trustee and the
<br />Trustee's attorneys to sell or cause to be sold such property to
<br />satisfy the obligations secured under the Deed of Trust. The
<br />Beneficiary has accelerated the indebtedness and caused the entire
<br />sum of the Promissory Note securing said Deed of Trust to be
<br />immediately due and payable. The sum of Five Hundred Eighty -Nine
<br />Thousand Five Hundred Sixty Dollars Twenty -One Cents ($589,560.21)
<br />together with per diem interest of One Hundred Seventy Dollars
<br />Thirty -Four Cents ($170.34) from and after August 15, 2000, is
<br />immediately due and payable.
