This purchase agreement does not <br />include the land in which the building is erected, only the structure itself. <br />Purchase Price and Conditions of Payment <br />The purchase price shall be $24,000.00 to be paid as follows: <br />$5,000 down payment due at the signing of this contract. <br />$19,000 due on or before May 31, 2018. There shall be no penalty for early payment; however, full <br />payment is due on or before May 31, 2018.
