Wheeler Ave <br />Grand Island NE 68801 <br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT <br />The undersigned, FIVE POINTS BANK, TRUSTEE under the following certain Deed of <br />Trust dated July 7, 2017, wherein SHANE M. MUHLBACH, a single person, is the Trustor, <br />which was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on <br />July 7, 2017 as Instrument No. 201704556, and contains as trust property the following - <br />described real estate: <br />The Central Forty -Four (44) feet of Lots Four (4) and Five (5), Block Nineteen <br />(19), Schimmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; <br />which is commonly known as 1617 N Elm, Grand Island, Nebraska; <br />The South Forty -Four feet (S44') of Lots Four (4) and Five (5), Block Nineteen (19), <br />Schimmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; <br />which is commonly known as 1615 N Elm, Grand Island, Nebraska; <br />together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and <br />fixtures; all easements, rights of way, and appurtenances; all water, water rights and ditch rights <br />(including stock in utilities with ditch or irrigation rights); and all other rights, royalties, and <br />profits relating to the real property, including without limitation all minerals, oil, gas, geothermal <br />and similar matters, all of which was referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Real Property"; <br />hereby gives notice of default of said Trustor for the reason that said Trustor has failed to make <br />the payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Promissory Note secured by that <br />Deed of Trust. <br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be <br />sold the above Real Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Promissory Note dated <br />October 25, 2018, owing from to the Beneficiary, FIVE POINTS BANK, pursuant to the terms <br />of the Deed of Trust referred to above, which secures this obligation. <br />FIVE POINTS BANK, Trustee <br />By:.�- <br />Brandon S.
