003.302636.1 <br />200108181 <br />SCHEDULE X <br />ATTACHMENT TO <br />UCC FINANCING STATEMENT <br />DEBTOR <br />Concord Neighborhood Corporation <br />1701 Windhoek Drive <br />Lincoln, Nebraska 68512 <br />PARTIES <br />SECURED PARTY <br />Fleet Business Credit Corporation <br />One South Wacker Drive <br />Chicago, Illinois 60606 <br />Attn: Franchise Finance Division, <br />Credit Manager <br />DESCRIPTION OF COLLATERAL <br />All of Debtor's right, title and interest in and to the following whether now owned by Debtor, <br />existing, hereafter acquired or arising, or in which Debtor now or hereafter has any rights, and <br />wherever located with respect to the locations of Collateral as set forth below (all capitalized <br />terms set forth herein shall have the meaning set forth in that certain Loan and Security <br />Agreement among Debtor, Concord Hospitality, Inc. and Secured Party dated as of July 18, <br />2001. <br />(a) accounts, documents, instruments, goods, deposit accounts, letter of <br />credit rights (whether or not the letter of credit is evidenced by a writing), commercial <br />tort claims, securities and all other investment property, accounts receivable, chattel <br />paper (whether tangible or electronic), supporting obligations, any other contract or <br />other rights to the payment of money, insurance claims, contract rights and general <br />intangibles (including all payment intangibles) of Debtor, in each case relating to the <br />Business (including all licenses) but excluding all rights under the Franchise <br />Agreements; <br />(b) all inventory of foods, beverages and other merchandise held for sale by <br />Debtor for use in connection with the Business; <br />(c) all trade, store and other fixtures and all leasehold improvements and all <br />supplies, equipment and other tangible personal property of Debtor used in the <br />operation of the Business; <br />(d) all right, title and interest of Debtor as lessee under Leases which <br />involve the right to use and purchase the real estate, personal property, leasehold <br />improvements, equipment and fixtures leased thereby and to extend the term of such <br />Leases; <br />
