<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by KELLIE JO
<br />NEWHOUSE, A SINGLE PERSON to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME
<br />FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the
<br />beneficiary named therein, dated JUNE 23, 1998 and recorded JULY 8, 1998 in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 98- 106657 has
<br />been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the requm of the
<br />beneficiary rfamed therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grail, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
