REILLY and CAREY M. REILLY, husband and wife, as <br />Trustor, and BARBARA A. REILLY, as Beneficiary, which Deed of Trust is recorded as <br />Document No. 99-105531 in the Office of the Hall County, Nebraska Register of Deeds, and <br />upon the request for reconveyance of the Beneficiary, Bruce I. Smith, Attorney -at -Law, Trustee, <br />hereby releases said Deed of Trust on the following described real estate: <br />Lot One (1), JNW Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />for <br />The Trustee does hereby remise, release and quitclaim, pursuant to Section 76-1014.01 of <br />the Revised Statutes of the State of Nebraska, said premises to the person or persons legally <br />entitled thereto. <br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, Bruce I.
