201903085 <br />Exhibit "C" <br />Easement Area <br />A Twenty -foot (20') wide Ingress/Egress Easement, being Ten (10) feet wide on each <br />side of the following described centerline: <br />Referring to the Northeast Corner of Section Eighteen (18), Township Nine (9) North, <br />Range Eleven (11) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian (6th P.M.), Hall County, <br />Nebraska, also being the Northeast corner of Government Lot One (1), (Found); <br />thence on a GPS Derived Bearing of South 01° 40' 30" East, on the East line of said <br />Government Lot One (1), also being the East line of said Section Eighteen (18), a <br />distance of 547.92 feet to the Southeast corner of said Government Lot One (1) <br />(Reset); thence South 01° 39' 19" East, on the East line of said Section Eighteen (18), <br />a distance of 1947.85 feet to the Northeast corner of Government Lot Seven (7) <br />(Found); thence South 01° 41' 21" East, on the East line of said Government Lot <br />Seven (7), a distance of 111.87 feet to the Southeast corner of said Government Lot <br />Seven (7) (Found); thence South 01° 37' 51" East, on the East line of said Section <br />Eighteen (18), a distance of 384.09 feet; thence South 88° 22' 09" West, <br />perpendicular to the East line of said Section Eighteen (18), a distance of 668.04 <br />feet to a 5/8 inch x 36 inch, capped rebar (Set); thence North 03° 04' 56" West, on <br />the East line of a 10.1 Acre tract, a distance of 126.37 feet to the Point of Beginning; <br />thence North 57° 55' 33" East, a distance of 228.12 feet; thence North 69° 08' 58" <br />East, a distance of 314.83 feet; thence North 63° 26' 52" East, a distance of 195.44 <br />feet to the East line of said Government Lot Seven (7); thence entering Government <br />Lot Five (5) and accretions thereto in Section Seventeen (17), on a bearing of North <br />58° 39' 00" East, a distance of 590.00 feet, more or less, to the West Right of Way <br />line of the Prosser Spur (S40D), also being the Point of Termination. <br />A Thirty-foot (30') wide Ingress/Egress Easement located on and parallel with the <br />East line of a 10.1 acre tract located in said Section Eighteen (18), as identified in <br />Hall County Survey records, being a legal survey signed by Nebraska Registered <br />Land Surveyor #631, dated March 25, 2011, following said East line South from the <br />centerline of the ingress/egress easement as described in Hall County Inst.
