<br />AFFIRMATION of COVENANTS o
<br />Lot #23 Amick Acres West and Lot #2 Amick Acres West 3rd Subdivision.
<br />COMES NOW, Carl R. Amick, Renee J. Amick, and Lillian R. Amick, as Owner-
<br />Sellers and Declarants, AND Gary L. Hedman and Deanna M. Hedman, as Buyers and
<br />Declarants, do hereby acknowledge and declare that Lot #23 of the Amick Acres West
<br />Subdivision has been replatted and is now known as Lot #2 of the Amick Acres West 3rd
<br />Subdivision, and except for the adjustment of the lot line between Lot #23 and Lot #22 of
<br />the Amick Acres West Subdivision, that Lot #23 Amick Acres West Subdivision is
<br />essentially the same real property as Lot #2 Amick Acres West 3rd Subdivision.
<br />The Declarants, as the Sellers and Buyers of Lot #2 Amick Acres West 3rd
<br />Subdivision, further declare on this day and forever more, that the Agreement for Amick
<br />Acres West Home Owners Association, Inc., specifically the Restrictive Covenants and
<br />Conditions as executed and filed with the Hall County Register of Deeds on December 8,
<br />1997, shall apply to Lot #2 of the Amick Acres West 3rd Subdivision in the same manner
<br />and with the same full effect as if the property were still Lot #23 Amick Acres West
<br />Subdivision.
<br />And furthermore, the Buyers, and all subsequent owners and purchasers of Lot #2
<br />Amick Acres West 3rd Subdivision, shall have the same rights, privileges, responsibilities
<br />and obligations in the Amick Acres West Homeowners Association, Inc., as if they were
<br />the owners of Lot #23 Amick Acres West Subdivision, now and forever more.
<br />This Affirmation of Covenants is made pursuant to a Purchase Agreement for the
<br />purchase of Lot #2, Amick Acres West 3rd Subdivision, dated May zf 2000, and
<br />a replat of Lot #23 Amick Acres West Subdivision which was approved by the Hall County
<br />Regional Planning Commission on May 3, 2000.
<br />It is the intent of both the Sellers and the Buyers, as Declarants, that this
<br />Affirmation of Covenants shall be filed with the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
