2000 X8449 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 8631 (Cont.) <br />Beginning at a point on the north right -of -way line of Roberts Street, said point <br />being Three Hundred Sixty Four and Seven Tenths (364.7) feet west of the east <br />line of said West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W% SW' /4), as measured along <br />the north right -of -way line of Roberts Street, said point also being the southwest <br />corner of a Sixteen (16) foot wide Electrical Easement as recorded in the Register <br />of Deeds Office as Document No. 87- 107065, and the southwest corner of said <br />Fifty (50) foot wide easement; thence deflecting right 90 °17'33" and running <br />northerly along the westerly line of said Fifty (50) foot wide easement a distance <br />of Ninety Eight (98.0) feet, to the ACTUAL point of beginning; thence continuing <br />northerly along the west line of said Fifty (50) foot wide easement, a distance of <br />One Hundred Sixty Six and Thirty Six Hundredths (166.36) feet; thence <br />deflecting right 89 °52'01" and running easterly a distance of Thirty (30.0) feet; <br />thence deflecting right 90 °07'59" and running southerly a distance of One <br />Hundred Sixty Six and Thirty Two Hundredths (166.32) feet; thence deflecting <br />right 89 °42'27" and running westerly a distance of Thirty (30.0) feet, to the <br />ACTUAL point of beginning and containing 0.115 acres, more or less, as shown <br />on the drawing dated October 5, 2000, marked Exhibit "A" attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference; <br />is hereby vacated. <br />SECTION 2. The title to the property vacated by Section 1 of this ordinance shall <br />revert to the owner or owners of the real estate abutting the same in proportion to the respective <br />ownership of such real estate. <br />SECTION 3. This ordinance is directed to be filed in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />SECTION 5.
