<br />WARRANTY DEED
<br />I. The City of Grand Island, Nebraska, by action of its City Council on April 9, 1990,
<br />enacted Ordinance No. 7628 which directed the conveyance of the real estate described below and
<br />the manner and terms thereof.
<br />2. Ordinance No. 7628 was published in the Grand Island Daily Independent according to
<br />law, and notice of such sale and the terms thereof was published in the Grand Island Daily
<br />Independent, a newspaper published in and of general circulation in Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska. for three consecutive weeks, on April 17, April 24, and May 1. 1990, all as required by
<br />Section 16.202, R.R.S. 1943, as amended.
<br />3. No remonstrance against such sale was riled with the City Council of the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, within thirty days of the passage and publication of Ordinance No.
<br />7628.
<br />4. Section 5 of Ordinance No. 7628 provides that if no remonstrance is filed against such
<br />conveyance, the Mayor and City Clerk shall make. execute, and deliver to MONFORT, INC., a
<br />Delaware corporation and successor in interest to Swift & Company, a warranty decd for said real
<br />estate, and the execution of such warranty deed is hereby authorized without further action on behalf
<br />of the City Council.
<br />5. NOW, THEREFORE, the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a municipal
<br />corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, as Grantor, in consideration of One Thousand Dollars
<br />($1,000.00) received from the Grantee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto }:
