<br />(4), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point
<br />Six Hundred Sixty (660) Feet North of the Southeast corner of the Northeast
<br />Quarter (NE'/4) of said Section, running thence North for a distance of One
<br />Hundred Sixty -Five (165) Feet, thence West, One Thousand Three Hundred
<br />Twenty (1,320) Feet, thence South One Hundred Sixty Five (165) Feet, and
<br />thence East One Thousand Three Hundred Twenty (1,320) Feet, to the Place of
<br />Beginning,
<br />which was recorded October 15, 1981 as Document No. 81-005300, as subsequently assigned by
<br />Assignment of Mortgage recorded as Instrument No. 88-106153 and as further subsequently
<br />assigned by Assignment of Mortgage recorded as Instrument No. 201108601, all in the Office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
