Veeder and Peggy L. Veeder, husband and wife, hereinafter called "Trustors" have previously made, executed <br />and delivered to Western National Bank as Trustee and Western National Bank as Beneficiary, a certain Deed of Trust, <br />which Deed of Trust was recorded on May 2, 2018, as Instrument Number 201802822 of the officer of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, relating to the following described real property, to -wit: <br />The East Half (1/2) of Lots Seven (7) and Eight (8), Block Fourteen (14), Original Town of Cairo, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />Address References: 206 West Mecca Street, Cairo, NE 68824 <br />Said Deed of Trust was given to secure, among other things a certain Promissory Note dated April30, 2018, in the <br />original principal sum of $39,146.00. Said Indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust has not been paid in full. Said <br />Deed of Trust is hereby modified to reflect the changed loan amount. The said Deed of Trust shall constitute a valid and <br />subsisting lien and shall secure said Indebtedness as modified, together with all renewals, extensions and modifications <br />thereof. Said Deed of Trust shall also secure the total principal amount, exclusive of interest, including future debts, <br />advances, liabilities or obligations, not including sums advanced for the protection and/or insurance of the above <br />property or the said Western National Bank's interest therein, of not more than Fifty Two Thousand Two Hundred <br />Dollars ($52,200.00). <br />Except as expressly modified hereby, the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust remain in full force and effect. <br />Dated this 23rd day of May, 2019 <br />arold R.
