<br />Wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which
<br />was recorded in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document 0200201481 on the
<br />7th day of February, 2002, a Deed of Trust dated April 3, 2002, executed by William C Callies and Karen M
<br />Callies, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Document 0200203892 on the 10th day of April, 2002, and a Deed of Trust dated May 1, 2003, executed by
<br />,' William C Callies and Karen M Callies, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named
<br />as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Document 0200305765 on the 8th day of May, 2003,

<br />'i WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, as
<br />Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as
<br />follows:
<br />LOT FOUR (4) IN BLOCK FOUR (4), IN KAY -DEE SUBDIVISION, LOCATED ON PART
<br />OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SW1/4) OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SW1/4)
<br />OF SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 11 NORTH RANGE 9 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
