WHEREAS, William E. Langdon is the Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated O
<br />October 12, 1999, executed by Raymond K. Seaman and TW:Lla M. Seaman, as
<br />Trustor (s), for the benefit of BWM Mortgage, L.L.C., filed October 14, 1999
<br />as Inst. No. 0099- 110006, assigned to First Union National Bank of Delaware,
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />WHEREAS, The Beneficiary has requested a reconveyance of the trust
<br />property to the person or persons entitled thereto;
<br />NOW,�THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />undersigned as trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
